I have a love for the beauty in nature – everything from rocks, shells, flowers, sea glass/pottery, feathers and landscapes. These little wonders of nature inspire me to challenge myself and share the beauty with others.

The artwork exhibited for July is incorporating some pieces of Varioquoise, sea glass and pottery into my artwork. Searching for the perfect piece has been an important part of the process in my subject matter. I also thought of July 4th, especially living in Maine – were blueberries and strawberries, which I included as well.
