Dolores “Lola” Meneses

Lola paints from the inspirations of the world around her. She has a strong affinity with colorful, sprawling landscapes and Southwestern skyscapes. She is drawn to not only still life, but also the engaging images of wildlife and portraiture. Her paintings reveal her great love of color, both vivid and subtly nuanced. 

Lola discovered her passion for painting after a successful career running a variety of health care offices. It all started with a gift certificate for a painting class.  She now paints nearly every day in oils and watercolors. Lola exhibits regularly and her works can be found at various galleries and commercial establishments in the Las Vegas Valley.
She is also very proud to have been accepted and awarded in several juried exhibitions.

She has also done commission work for clients in Colorado, Arizona, and Texas.  Some of her commission works were of wildlife as well as still life and landscape scenes.
