Sherri Gersten ~ Artist's Statement:

At age 76, while retired from teaching, I embarked on my art journey and am self-taught. 

Two years later, I have over 200 paintings under my belt and have acquired a wide audience of Facebook fans!

My subject matter is eclectic, and my followers enjoy my unique creativity!

I use mostly acrylic paints, but I have dabbled in watercolor and charcoal.

My preference are animals of all kinds

and flowers.  However, my abstracts 

are a hit with my fans.

I look forward to many more years of learning and painting!
